Starting January 1 of the current year, all salaried team members located in the United States and Argentina are eligible to participate in the program. You must be employed by CLEAR when eligible expenses are incurred (paid for). Dependents are not eligible for this benefit.
Forma is the administrator for the YOU Stipend program. For general FAQs, please refer to the help center. You can reach Forma’s Member Experience Team by emailing [email protected] or through the live chat feature directly in your Forma account.
All eligible employees will receive a monthly amount listed below for eligible lifestyle expenses on the 1st of each month. Any unused amount can be accrued up to the maximum balance stated. Any remaining balance expires at the end of the quarter.
Funds will be deposited into your Forma Account on the 1st of each month. You may spend the allowance in the following ways depending upon both where you are located and your preference:
If you pay out of pocket for an eligible expense, you may choose to submit a reimbursement claim through the Forma portal. Reimbursement requests will be reviewed by the Forma team within 2-3 days.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your (or your spouse's) first name, item name, purchase date, and purchase amount are visible on the receipt. If this is not visible, your claim will be rejected. Receipts for eligible expenses under a partner/spouse’s name will be approved.
Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the quarter in which the expense was incurred. If claims are submitted within this timeframe, they will be reimbursed using any remaining funds from the previous quarter. For example, If you had $20 left on March 31st (end of Q1) you would be able to submit a claim on April 7th for $20. This claim would be approved and would not impact your current balance for Q2 as it would be pulling from the remaining Q1 funds.
