All full time benefits eligible Palo Alto Networks employees are eligible for our FLEXBenefits program administered by Forma. FLEXBenefits is designed to support and encourage a well-rounded lifestyle for all employees. Funds deposited into your FLEXBenefits wallet can be spent on a variety of things – and gives you the flexibility to choose what is right for you.
Eligible employees may spend their quarterly allowance equivalent to $250 USD* however they wish – either over time or all at once. If you are outside of the United States (U.S.), you may click on the link below to review the breakdown of the USD equivalent rates by country. These rates are updated quarterly and the conversion calculation is done based on the rate at the start of each funding quarter.
FLEXBenefits Funding Contributions by Country
You must spend your entire account balance on or before July 31st of the plan period to avoid forfeiting any of your funds. Please note that all unused funds will forfeit after July 31st of each fiscal year with no rollover into the next.
U.S. employees who opt-out of the Palo Alto Networks group dental and vision coverage may receive an additional FLEXBenefit credit on a monthly basis to use toward eligible expenses.
Health waiver credits appear in a separate benefit wallet in the Forma portal, however, they may be spent the same way as regular FLEXBenefits funds. Health Waiver Credits are paid out monthly in arrears for the following month (ex; February credits will be deposited by the first pay date in March). The Health Waiver Credits plan year runs from January 1 – December 31 in alignment with the benefit plan year for dental and vision. Claims for your Health Waiver Credit wallet balance must be submitted by December 31. Please review the FLEXBenefits Employee FAQ for more information.
All regular full and part-time Palo Alto Networks employees who are hired as of the first business day of a fiscal quarter are eligible to participate in the program beginning with that quarter. Fiscal Year 2026 (FY6) begins August 1, 2025 and ends July 31, 2026.
