We know that Splunkers’ needs may be different and we want to support your wellbeing by letting you choose from a long list of potential items for expense reimbursement - everything from yoga classes to massages to theater tickets. All we ask is that you think about what contributes to your wellbeing and happiness and take action!
January 1 – December 31
All regular Splunk employees are eligible to participate in the program. Regular employees include full-time, part-time, and fixed-term employees. All eligible employees will be automatically enrolled in the program, but participation is voluntary. You must be employed by Splunk when eligible expenses are incurred and paid for.
Exclusions:
Forma administers the Pwny Perks Reimbursement Program. To access Pwny Perks, login to Forma via Okta single sign-on. Using a third-party administrator means no one at Splunk has access to your data and expense reimbursements.
The below amounts represent the maximum reimbursement amount per calendar quarter and are indexed by country groups. The four groups (Pwny A, B, C & D) are based on a cost of goods index (not cost of labor), which provides fairness in the benefits design. Reimbursement amounts will be prorated for new hires. You can use the entire allowance on one single activity, or you can use it for a variety of activities; you decide what best fits your needs!
