The Robinhood Lifestyle Wallet is designed to provide Hoodies with the flexibility to spend their wallet funds towards items that best align with their individual interests. While Robinhood was expansive with the list of eligible items, there will still be some restrictions for items that do not align with Robinhood’s philosophy and values. Read below for more information on the program policy and Robinhood’s list of eligible expense categories.

Who is Eligible?

Starting January 1, 2023, all Robinhood employees are eligible to participate in the program. Dependents are not eligible for this benefit.

Additionally, starting October 1, 2025, all regular Robinhood employees located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can participate in the program. You need to be employed by Robinhood when the eligible expenses occur (are paid for), and claims must be made on or after 10/01/2025. Dependents are not eligible for this benefit.

Program Administration

Benefit Amount

All eligible employees will receive their stipend at the beginning of each quarter (stipend amounts outlined below). Balances can be accrued up to the annual maximum, however, further monthly funding will not occur if you are at that maximum balance. This is a use-it-or-lose-it benefit and any unused funds will not roll over into the next calendar year.

For new employees added after the program start date, the first funding will be provided at the time you are added to the Forma platform - this should be within two weeks of your hire date.
